Any changes we may make to our privacy statement in the future will be posted on this page. SPIRIT LAW PARTNERS is interested in maintaining your privacy while creating valuable, robust applications, platforms, and websites, giving you the best user experience possible, and in some cases developing a personal relationship with you to provide you with customized services, products, and information. 2.1. Information You Provide. You may provide Spirit Law Partners Personal Information when you send Spirit Law Partners a message through the “CONTACT US” form. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are a EU resident and would like to request that your data be securely removed from our systems, however collected, please provide an email with proof of EU residency. We will remove all relevant data, so long as that removal is technically feasible, does not impact the legitimate accounting or business practices of our customers, and does not violate other regulatory or legal standards with which we must comply. We will also cooperate with our customers in good faith to address any requests they receive or that may impact them directly.
8.6. Data Storage and Retention. We will keep your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, while we have a legitimate business need to do so, or as required by law (e.g. for tax, legal, accounting or other purposes), whichever is the longer. Your personal data is stored by Spirit Law Partners on cloud-based database management services located in the United States. Spirit Law Partners retains data for the duration of your business relationship with Spirit Law Partners and for a period of time thereafter to satisfy legal requirements.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes or updates to our technology, data practices, service methods, or other factors. 11. Applicable Law. This Privacy Policy shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to its conflicts of law provisions. Both parties submit to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in the state and federal courts in the State of Florida, in the judicial district that includes Miami, Florida. The parties further agree that any cause of action arising under this Privacy Policy shall exclusively be brought in such courts. SPIRIT LAW PARTNERS's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive the Firm's right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This agreement and Privacy Policy contained herein set forth the entire understanding and agreement between SPIRIT LAW PARTNERS and you with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understanding, whether written or oral.
