Nancy Del Pino is a valued team member and an experienced licensing paralegal focusing on various aspects of alcohol and business permitting including complex multi-use facility permitting.  Nancy works with various regulatory agencies at the federal and state level including the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (“DABT”), Department of Hotels & Restaurants, Department of Health, Department of Revenue, and Department of Agriculture. She manages large scale licensing and permitting projects including obtaining zoning approvals, assisting with processing local land use applications, preliminary due diligence tracking, and local business permitting.
